That's right snowed in blustery Chicago yesterday. Earliest significant (1/3 inch in downtown, 1.5 in Rockford and Palatine) snow fall on record! My neice got to tightly pack snowballs yesterday and gently toss them at her 2 brothers. So if you wake up this morning and think the weather is way too cold...first your crazy, but secondly you could be waking up to even colder temperatures.
